BRANCH GENERAL AND COMMITTEE MEETINGS

Branch meetings are held on the last Tuesday of the month except December in the Poppy Room at the Harwellian Club, Westfield, Harwell. All members are invited. Any matters for consideration at a meeting can be advised in advance to the Secretary. The AGM is on the last Tuesday of October.

2018 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Royal British Legion Harwell Branch will take place in the Poppy Room at the Harwellian Club on Tuesday 30th October 2018.

The nominations list for Officers and Committee will be on a notice board at the Harwellian Club from 14th until 28th October. Candidates must be a current member of Harwell Branch.

October 2018 Branch Meeting after AGM

The Ceremonial Officer, Standard Bearer, Deputy Standard Bearers and Welfare Representative (all 1 year term) will be appointed at this meeting. Nominations for Poppy Appeal Organisers and Deputy can be considered at this meeting.

The President and Vice President were reappointed for 3 year terms at the 2016 meeting after the AGM.
