The 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Royal British Legion Harwell Branch took place in the Poppy Room at the Harwellian Club on Tuesday 29th October 2019.
The Agenda included:
- The 2018 AGM Minutes
- Annual Officers reports
- Election of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer (1 year term)
- Election of 3 Committee members (1 year term)
- Appointment of a delegate to the County Conference and National Conference.
October 2019 Branch Meeting after AGM
The Ceremonial Officer, Standard Bearer, Deputy Standard Bearer and Branch Community Support (Welfare) Representative were all reappointed at this meeting (all 1-year term).
The President was reappointed for a 3-year term at the meeting.
